I’m a design leader with 20 years of experience managing and mentoring people to unlock their full potential; developing scalable design operations; and driving collaboration across disciplines to achieve business and user goals. I develop systems and strategies that empower teams to deliver impactful solutions efficiently.
As a systems thinker and strategist, I am a cross-disciplinary leader than can translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps. My leadership focuses on fostering team growth, advancing the design field through education and community engagement, and operationalizing processes that create lasting value for organizations.
I am a proud Venezuelan-Italian-Batimorean living in a 210 year old row home with a husky-border collie rescue, two cats, and an illustrator.

STRATEGY & GROWTH
Providing strategic leadership to key accounts, I am directly responsible for the quality and results of our efforts across the Design discipline. I work with account management and project leads to ensure goals are established, targets are met, and expectations are fulfilled through the duration of the relationship. I ensure quality and results.
Design Operations
I standardize and document processes and best practices to consistently increase the impact of the Design discipline within the Delivery department.
From recruiting, onboarding, and talent planning, to supporting strategic initiatives that guide decisions across a team of UX Researchers, Content Strategists, UX Strategists, Product Designers, and Service Designers–I work to optimize and coordinate at scale.
People Management
Leading a team of 10+ direct reports, including Design Leads, Principal Product Designers, UX Strategists, Content Strategists, and Marketing Strategists, my leadership philosophy centers on providing personalized support, building trust, and nurturing a strong team culture. By focusing on the success of each individual, I enable my teams to deliver exceptional results while driving collective value for the organization.
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
I collaborate with leadership and People Operations to drive and evolve management practices. I’ve led a variety of programs that contribute to the health, equity, and professional development of teams. I create and foster a supportive environment where people can thrive.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
I ensure transparency and alignment across teams. I have led initiatives to highlight key milestones, recognize individual contributions, and share real-time updates on delivery team projects. By fostering clear communication and connecting teams through various channels, I help maintain a cohesive and informed environment that drives operational efficiency and collective success.
Community & EDUCATION
Throughout my career, I have developed and taught multiple design courses, leveraging my industry expertise to inspire and educate the next generation of professionals. By bringing my knowledge to classrooms and community organizations, I aim to share practical insights, provide valuable resources, and empower emerging talent. I foster growth, creating opportunities, and strengthening connections within the design community.
